Chicken Bon Chon Style
My sister and I have been craving for Bon Chon chicken since the last time we went to Manila.
Since there’s no branch here in Laguna, particularly in our town, There is a Bon Chon branch at a nearby mall, but still, we had to find a similar recipe so we can enjoy this famous Korean-style fried chicken at home.
While searching online, my sister found www.recipenomnom.com/ with the Bon Chon-style chicken recipe. We tried it and it was a hit!
Maangchi’s authentic Korean dishes (amazon affiliate link) include a similar fried chicken with sauce type of dish. This is one cookbook that true-blue Korean food fanatics will surely enjoy at home.
Without further a do, here’s our own version of chicken Bon Chon-style:

Fry wings for another 10 mins until golden brown. While frying, prepare the sauce.
