Spices by Cuisine

Cooking with spices is a great adventure especially for a budding chef. But if you’re like me and my sister who just love to eat and cook in our own kitchen, chances are you only have a couple of dried, bottled spices at home.

For most traditional Filipino kitchens and home cooks, the most common spices are pepper, ginger, bay leaves, and garlic. But if you’d like to try and cook other cuisines, it’s best to have a few more spices for the food you love to cook and eat.
